Object Control Properties can be marked for translation by using the icon at the bottom of the editor after selecting the property of interest.
This will present the following dialog on which the Translate checkbox can be checked.
Instance Properties can be marked for translation by double-clicking the column header for the property of interest, which will present the following dialog on which the Translate checkbox can be checked.
